How to register for the ISAO symposium

To register on the conference website, you must create your account on the "Sciencesconf.org" web platform, login to the site of the conference and from the MY SPACE > My Registration menu, fill out the registration form established by the conference administrators.

To create an account, click on the arrow to the right of the "Login" button under the conference logo and click on "Create account".

IMPORTANT INFORMATION: During the registration process, please fill in all mandatory fields (these are marked with an asterisk) otherwise your application will not be successful.

Registration fees

Regular registration extends from 7 February 2022 through 30 June 2022

• Regular participants: 540 Euros per person
• Student: 440 Euros per person
• Accompanying person: 180 Euros per person

• Late registration (after 1 July 2022 to 27 July 2022)
  • Regular participant: 590 Euros
  • Student: 490 Euros
  • Accompanying person: 180 Euros

The regular registration fee includes: Abstract book, symposium polo shirt and goodies, welcome drink, 4 lunches and coffee breaks (Tuesday, Wednesday, Friday and Saturday), mid-symposium tour on Thursday, and Symposium banquet on Saturday.

The registration fee for accompanying persons only covers the welcome drink, the excursion and the banquet. Apart from the lunch on the day of the excursion, the other lunches are at the expense of the accompanying persons in order to leave them free to organise themselves according to their activities.

Payment instructions

Accompanying persons who have dietary preferences for the banquet meal, allergies, wish to order a symposium polo shirt, and/or have any other concerns, should contact the organising committee.

Payment of the registration fee should be made by bank transfer to the account of the Royal Belgian Institute of Natural Sciences, using the following information:

N.B.: Once you have submitted your registration form, you will be redirected to the "Payment" page which summarizes the payment information. Since there is only one valid payment method at this time, clicking or not on the "Pay by bank transfer" button will have no effect. This is the default payment method.
